Former Enforcement Official Says Many Enforcement Officials Routinely Plant Drugs on Non-White People To Meet Quotas
Racists (White Supremacists) are maliciously targeting and locking up millions of non-white people on falsified reports; all the while using the supposed innate criminality of non-white people to justify our mistreatment. This System is corrupt through and through.

He contributed the largest amount of money to the “Act Party” in hopes to end what he says is special treatment for the non-white original inhabitants of the area, the Maoris, who he claims is “either in jail or on welfare”.

Racists (White Supremacists) around the world are notorious for their trite and stereotypical characterizations of non-white people. One such stereotype is that non-white people, due to either mental defect or subpar genetics (or maybe both), relish their impoverished and victimized state.
This video reflects a stark reality which is that this Racist (White Supremacist) system depends on large numbers of non-white people to be either under-employed or completely unemployed. In this video, you’ll see up to six blocks of non-white people lined up simply to apply for a job.
In this area of the world, for the system to function, it is not possible for the majority of black people to be positioned to have fully functional and productive lives. Entire industries depend on the use of black bodies as a commodity (i.e. the so-called criminal justice system, so-called medical industrial complex, so-called prison industrial complex, child services, drug industry, etc.).
Very few black people are allowed to find some semblance of a productive life but even then it is dependent on complete capitulation to the System. These exceptions, also referred to as “Racially Showcased Victims”, are just as powerless as any other non-white person and most importantly still subject to Racism (White Supremacy).
The stark contrast between the group of black people lined up around six city blocks waiting to apply for a job and for example, the statistically few black entertainers and black professionals is designed to produce “Maximum Sophisticated Confusion”. It’s important for Victims of Racism not to allow the supposed success of a few to blind us to the reality that there is a system in place called Racism (White Supremacy) which is designed to permanently dominate and mistreat non-white people on the basis of color.
Black Females Account for Nearly Half of All Female Prisoners
“Currently, black women are the fastest-growing prison population in the United States. Black women account for nearly half of all female prisoners in the country though they comprise less than 10 percent of the population. And though black women have often been disproportionately represented in the criminal justices system, we have little insight into historical trends of their ramifications. This epidemic cannot be successfully arrested without some sense of the historical scope of the problem” (p. 3).

So much talk in the media today, about where are the black fathers? The missing black fathers, the missing black husbands as though generations of black men have just kind of opted out of family life for no apparent reason. What’s missing from this debate, and this public discussion is often the recognition that black men didn’t just walk out on their families voluntarily in most cases. They’re often taken away in handcuffs and locked in cages years and sometimes decades of their lives and frequently for relatively minor non-violent or drug related offenses. And then once they’re released they’re saddled with criminal records that make it nearly impossible to find employment or housing to contribute meaningfully to a family. And this, the destruction of black family in the United States is highly linked to the emergence of mass incarceration. (The odds of a black child being raised by both parents were actually higher during slavery than they are today.) And that is due to in no small part to the mass incarceration of black men and their inability as a result of being branded felons to contribute meaningfully to a family unit. I think that the discussion of where have all the black men gone has just done an incredible disservice to our public understanding around what has really gone on in the communities hardest hit by mass incarceration.

In Racist (White Supremacist) media, the black male is consistently shown as a criminal, which makes it easier for Racists (White Supremacists) to justify the murder, brutalization, and mass confinement of black males. Millions of lives are ruined because of Racism (White Supremacy) and yet Suspected Racists find the time to amuse themselves with imagery like the one above.

“Stop and Frisk” Reveals How Racists Use the Law to Mistreat Non-White People on the Basis of Color
According to the The Wall Street Journal, the enforcement officials in New York City “stopped and frisked” 684,330 people without “probable cause” last year. However, under a system of Racism (White Supremacy), a person’s racial classification is probable cause.
How do Racists (White Supremacists) use the “Law” to ensure Victims of Racism (non-white people) are arrested more and that Victims of Racism make up the majority of those in greater confinement (prison)? Concentrate nearly all enforcement efforts on non-white people (particularly those non-white people classified as black). This is despite the fact that black people do not use illicit drugs any more than people classified as “white”. Young people who are classified as “white” actually use illicit drugs and alcohol twice the rate as non-white people. This is significant because majority of the black people in greater confinement today are there for crimes related to drug use or possession.
This is an especially vicious tactic; crime statistics (arrests and convictions) are often used to buttress Racist (White Supremacist) arguments of black people’s supposed innate criminality and to justify their mistreatment of Victims of Racism.
Non-white people would do well to become exposed to how Racists (White Supremacists) use deception in order to maintain and refine the System of Racism (White Supremacy). If one has not reached the point where Racist (White Supremacist) media is not regarded with extreme suspicion, a Victim’s thought, speech, and action will reflect his or her misunderstanding and/or confusion. The confused Victim of Racism will blame other Victims for these issues instead of the those who are most to blame—Racist Man and Racist Woman.
Ultimately, the aim is not to engage in petty debates with Racists (White Supremacists) regarding a non-white person’s worth (so-called humanity) but to ensure that non-white people are really seeing things for what they are and not what Racists (White Supremacists) want us to see. It is with that improved vision, that Victims of Racism may be able to solve “The Problem”.
In NYC, the police can stop you for just looking suspicious, which frequently means for being a man of color. In 2009, over half a million people were stopped by the NYPD, 84% of them people of color even though people of color make up roughly half of the population of the city.

None of them had committed a crime and none of them had been in possession of any contraband. One student interviewed is actually the son of a police detective and was made to take a breathalyzer for no reason, while another interviewee was forced to remove his shoes on the subway.

How the System of Racism (White Supremacy) Has Been Refined In the Area of "Law"
From a Counter-Racist perspective, it would be most accurate to describe the graphic linked above as a representation of how the system of Racism (White Supremacy) has been refined in the so-called U.S.A., rather than using the somewhat nebulous term “Racial Caste System”.
The informative graphic is based on the work by Michelle Alexander, entitled The New Jim Crow, which chronicles how Racists (White Supremacists) use the area activity of “Law” to mistreat non-white people on the basis of color.

STUDY: Black People Who Kill People Classified As White More Likely To Be Executed
“Examining who survives on death row is important because less than 10 percent of those given the death sentence ever get executed,” said David Jacobs, co-author of the study and professor of sociology at Ohio State University.

“The fact that blacks who kill non-whites actually are less likely to be executed than blacks who kill whites shows there is a strong racial bias here,” Jacobs said. “Blacks are most likely to pay the ultimate price when their victims are white.”
Victims of Racism Are Terrorized in "Tulsa, OK", White Shooter Still Not Found
SFGate published an article yesterday (April 7, 2012) reporting on the state of fear of the non-white residents of so-called Tulsa, Oklahoma because the shooter of five black males, who is reportedly classified as white, has yet to be captured.
Below are some selected quotes followed by a CodeLens analysis:
One of the victims told police that the shooter was a white man: driving a white pickup truck who stopped to ask for directions before opening fire. Officer Jason Willingham said Saturday that the pickup was spotted in the area of three of the shootings.
Under a system of Racism (White Supremacy), Victims of Racism are socially engineered to harm one another and themselves and to help people classified as white, which in most cases means to help the system of Racism (White Supremacy) keep going. This default programming means our defenses are lowered despite living in hostile conditions subject to Racists (White Supremacists).
Charles Jones, 40, said the north side has its share of crime trouble, but residents have never faced a series of random killings like these.
“It’s pretty shocking,” Jones said. “We’ve never had any serial-type stuff.”
Victims of Racism are inundated with Racist propaganda, most likely for life. Its no wonder why confusion exists regarding crime and how it operates (particularly in predominately black areas). It should first be said that all crime in these areas are sanctioned, promoted, and caused by Racists (White Supremacists). It is a falsehood to assert that black criminality exists autonomously. The purveyors of this deception can perpetrate centuries-long violence and theft against the non-white people of the planet and still be considered the moral authority. White crime is largely shielded because it comes with a badge, a corporation, a teacher’s license, a house seat, a presidency and most importantly the white racial classification. If you are classified as white in a System of Racism (White Supremacy), non-justice is something that is allowed as long as the target of your non-just act is a non-white person.
Also, it should be noted that much of the behavior of Suspected Racist enforcement officials, as it relates to non-white people, could be classified as serial (murder, rape, theft, and deceit).
Blakney said distrust between the African American community and the Police Department had raised concerns the shootings wouldn’t be fully investigated, and he contacted police to emphasize the need for them to work together to avoid vigilantism.
Suspected Racists (White Supremacists) depend on deceiving non-white people so that non-white people continue to be passive victims of “white crime”. “Nothing to see here, folks!” In fact, this deception is so ingrained that many Victims of Racism attempt to convince other VORs they should rely on the people who have terrorized non-white people for centuries, Racists (White Supremacists), to produce Justice
The Tulsa Police Department has been tainted by accusations of corruption. Three ex-police officers and a former federal agent were sentenced to prison in December after a two-year investigation involving allegations of falsified search warrants, nonexistent informants, perjury and stolen drugs and money.
The use of the word “taint” says it all. The supposedly obsolete use of the word means to color or tint. Consistently in news and other racist media, the message conveyed is that to be “tainted” or “not white” means it is inherently bad or corrupted. It’s a deceptive way to ensure all criminality is always attached to non-white people (Victims of Racism).
The last selected quote also illustrates how people who classify themselves as white have been able to conduct large scale criminal operations largely unscathed while millions of black people languish in greater confinement (prison) on trumped up charges, petty drug offenses, and falsified reports.
It should be clear that the Suspected Racist enforcement officials in the area of the world known as Tulsa, OK (like most enforcement officials) operate in accordance to Racist code and target black people to be the victims of their criminal acts. Victims should distrust them. That is the most logical position to take given the circumstances.

African-American girls and women are becoming a fast growing population in our prisons and jails nation-wide. While much attention has been focused on the plight of young African-American males, girls have been involved in gangs, school fights, juvenile prisons and vandalism at a rate faster than that of boys. Recent research by the National Council on Crime and Delinquency shows some startling results concerning young African-American girls.

In telling their stories, the women often shared similar experiences of traumas throughout their lives, such as physical and sexual abuse. In many instances, criminality was a coping mechanism or escape from abusive circumstances. Often, their traumas were rooted in family dysfunction surrounding alcohol and drug abuse. In other cases, it was the women’s difficulty in making wiser decisions about close companions, and the perceptions or realities of limited options for productive, fulfilling, and economically viable lives. Underlying these difficulties, the women expressed keen awareness about the devaluation of their lives as African American women.
