STUDY: Black People Who Kill People Classified As White More Likely To Be Executed
“Examining who survives on death row is important because less than 10 percent of those given the death sentence ever get executed,” said David Jacobs, co-author of the study and professor of sociology at Ohio State University.
…
“The fact that blacks who kill non-whites actually are less likely to be executed than blacks who kill whites shows there is a strong racial bias here,” Jacobs said. “Blacks are most likely to pay the ultimate price when their victims are white.”
Racism (White Supremacy) is the major form of terrorism on the planet. It is the major form of injustice on the planet.

George Stinney Murdered Victim of Racism, Interview With Surviving Witnesses
On June 16th, 1944, the state of South Carolina executed George Stinney, Jr. He was fourteen years, six months, and five days old—the youngest person ever executed in the United States in the 20th Century.
Stinney, who was black, was convicted of murdering two white girls, Betty June Binnicker, age 11, and Mary Emma Thames, age 8, with a railroad spike. The trial lasted three hours, and the all-white jury deliberated for 10 minutes before sentencing George Stinney to death in the electric chair.
NPR’s Day to Day presents an interview with the surviving relative of one of the murdered girls and a sibling of George Stinney, victim of racism.

Q:Hello, do you have any more information on George Stinney? Sorry if my post sounded ignorant, I've never heard of his case before (I don't even live in America) it seems that most sites about him claim him as guilty and I want a non-bias and non racist perspective Thanks!
It’s important to understand when evaluating events that happen to Victims of Racism that it has to always be viewed within the context of White Supremacy. Why? Because every area of people activity, including but not limited to economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and war, is dominated by Racism (White Supremacy). Therefore, it is very likely that George Stinney did not receive a just trial in 1944 when this crime was “investigated” and tried. He was mistreated on the basis of color.
In South Carolina, two girls 8 & 11, classified as white, were killed violently with a railroad spike. Enforcement officials at the time said the attack happened simultaneously. White men from the area (not enforcement officials) took George from his home and accused him of the murder. No witnesses or evidence on behalf of George was presented during the trial. Stinney was later convicted of murder after an all-white jury deliberated for just 3 hours.
You may listen to an interview with a sibling of one of the murdered girls and the sibling of murdered victim of racism, George Stinney.
Thank you for your question.
Mr. Troy Davis, do not rest in peace. Fight with us from an adjoining dimension.

In a South Carolina prison sixty-six years ago, guards walked a 14-year-old boy, bible tucked under his arm, to the electric chair. At 5′ 1″ and 95 pounds, the straps didn’t fit, and an electrode was too big for his leg.
The switch was pulled and the adult sized death mask fell from George Stinney’s face. Tears streamed from his eyes. Witnesses recoiled in horror as they watched the youngest person executed in the United States in the past century die.
This is the reality that we need to face as victims of racism. Racists (White Supremacists) will not stop their genocidal rampage against black people. Yesterday George Stinney, Today Troy Davis.
Seriously? Genocide? Cut me a fucking break.
Oh you mean the same break Troy Davis received?
Yes, genocide. Are you a white person? Racism (White Supremacy) is a system that is maintained using deceit and violence. The so-called death penalty is simply one of the many ways Racists (White Supremacy) targets non-whites GLOBALLY.
Note to any non-white people reading this: I specifically called out Racists (White Supremacists) however I am not surprised at the number of people who I suspect are classified as white complaining about seeing this content. We will continue to see the murders of Oscar Grant, Aiyanna Jones, Shawn Bell, Mark Duggan…and of course all the other cases I can name there are thousands others.

Prison Officials Sign-On for Troy Davis
This morning, six retired corrections officials, including Dr. Allen Ault, retired Director of the Georgia Department of Corrections and former Warden of the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison where he oversaw executions for the state, have sent the following letter to Georgia Corrections Officials and Governor Nathan Deal asking them to urge the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles to reconsider the decision they made on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 to deny Troy Davis Clemency despite concerns about his guilt. Davis is scheduled to be executed on Wednesday, September 21 at 7:00pm at Georgia Diagnostics & Classifications Prison in Jackson, Georgia.
The struggle for justice doesn’t end with me. This struggle is for all the Troy Davis’s who came before me and all the ones who will come after me. I’m in good spirits and I’m prayerful and at peace. But I will not stop fighting until I’ve taken my last breath.

This Is All Kinds Of Wrong of the Day: In 1991, Troy Davis was convicted of murdering off-duty policeman Mark MacPhail in parking lot in Savannah, Georgia, and sentenced to die.
As no physical evidence connected Davis to the crime, and a murder weapon was never found, the conviction was entirely based on the testimony of nine witnesses, seven of whom have since recanted all or part of sworn statements.
Several of the witnesses said they were pressured by police officers to place the blame on Davis, while ten new witnesses have since come forward to say Sylvester “Redd” Coles — the man who reported Davis to the cops — was the real murderer.
Despite a slew of doubts concerning his guilty, Davis is on course to be executed Wednesday night, 9/21, at 7 PM by lethal injection. The Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles today denied his request for clemency, even after hearing from a from a juror in Davis’s trial who said the verdict could no longer be trusted.
A last-ditch effort to prevent Davis — who has had three previous stays of executions — from being put to death is underway, but many fear Davis’s legal avenues have unjustly reached a dead end.
