Code Suggestion: Non-white people do not willingly, for any reason, relinquish your DNA to any database.
Reason/Explanation: Under a system of Racism (White Supremacy) non-white people are subjugated by White Supremacists’ skillful use of deceit. As such, a Victim of Racism, most likely will not know the true intentions for this research or in what ways the data collected will be used.
